The binding agreement governing your relationship with Bereshit Capital Ltd. By opening an account, you accept these terms in full.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any service provided by Bereshit Capital Ltd, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not get started or use our services.

2. Account Eligibility

To get started with Bereshit Capital Ltd, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding contract.
• Be a resident of the United States or a jurisdiction where our services are lawfully available.
• Provide accurate, complete, and verifiable identity information as required by our KYC process.
• Maintain a single account — duplicate accounts are prohibited and subject to immediate termination.
• Not be subject to any economic sanctions, trade restrictions, or prohibited-party listings.

3. Identity Verification (KYC)

Bereshit Capital Ltd operates a tiered verification system. Your account privileges are determined by your verification level:

• Tier 0 (Entry): Basic account with profile access only. No transfer capability. Created upon registration.
• Tier 1 (Verified): Government-issued ID verified. Domestic P2P transfers enabled up to $2,000 daily.
• Tier 2 (Premium): Address verified. Crypto withdrawals, investment plans, and $50,000 daily limit.
• Tier 3 (Premium Elite): Admin-elevated status. Unlimited transactions and premium features.

You agree to submit truthful verification materials. False or fraudulent documentation will result in permanent account termination.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, transaction PIN, and any authentication devices. Bereshit Capital Ltd will never ask for your password or PIN via email, phone, or any communication channel.

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account. Bereshit Capital Ltd employs continuous session monitoring.

5. Transactions & The Ledger

All financial activity on the Bereshit Capital Ltd platform is recorded on an immutable double-entry ledger. By initiating a transaction, you authorize Bereshit Capital Ltd to execute the transfer with finality.

Transaction fees are applied as follows:

• Internal P2P Transfers: First 3 transfers per day are free. Transfers 4+ incur a $0.50 fee.
• Crypto Withdrawals: 2.5% fee or $25.00 minimum, whichever is greater.
• Wallet Services: No fee to create a wallet.

6. Crypto Wallets

Crypto wallets within Bereshit Capital Ltd allow you to receive deposits on-chain, save withdrawal destinations, and request off-chain withdrawals. You are responsible for verifying wallet addresses and network selections.

7. Investment Plans

Bereshit Capital Ltd offers fixed-APY investment plans with defined terms of 30, 90, or 180 days. Returns accrue daily based on the published APY and the locked principal.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Money laundering, terrorist financing, or any activity violating AML/CFT regulations.
• Fraud, impersonation, or providing false information during verification.
• Attempting to bypass security measures, including automated scripting or credential stuffing.
• Using the platform for any illegal purpose under applicable law.

9. Termination

Bereshit Capital Ltd reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to violations of these terms, suspicious activity, or regulatory requirements.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bereshit Capital Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

11. Amendments

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before the effective date.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction.
